Tikona — A Worst Broadband Service and Customer Care Service. | |||
I have been using this damn Tikona since 5months. From last 3 months I am facing frequent interrupted connectivity. For which I have to call Tikona person every other day to resolve my problem permanently. They say they have resolved problem from their end and immediately after 30min it again stops working. When told to send a technician to look at antenna problem, they say they will send the person and he will contact us. To our surprise no technician has come to resolve the problem. The number which they give is unreachable. It is seriously a mental torture to use Tikona. They have the worst customer service. Even after repeated escalations from customer they dont care to resolve the connection issues. And moreover there is no waiver when it comes to payment of bill. My sincere suggestion for people reading this post, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO FOR TIKONA CONNECTION EVER IN YOUR LIFE IF YOU WANT TO BE AT PEACE. IT HAS THE WORST CONNECTIVITY OF ALL AND UTTER POOR HELP DESK. Was this information helpful? | |||

Tikona services are disconnected in the 8th September 2015 and also paid pending bill as well. Then why the hell you guys a registered complain against me? the lady calling from Delhi Today i.e. 17/03/2016 and saying Tikona have lodge the complain against me. The [protected] is the number of that lady. Please explaing why i am getting this threat call saying "If I wont pay the bill then they you guys pull me in the court" WHY?

once disconnection request is raised, Tikona won't disconnect from their side we (customers) need to disconnect from our side.How can customer knows whether connectivity is disconnected successfully or not ?
Their disconnection process is like giving mental torture to customer rather than making customer happy.
They are showing hell to customers
Once you raise the request for connectivity they don't bother to send engineer.Even they will send some invalid number person to contact.
once if customer won't pay the bill, they will send their representative like bullet speed.
Worst ISP, customer services and speed .
