I req tikona cust care on 25/6/16 10.45am to stop net, ticket 1-[protected] i hd paid bal 690, stil thy havnt stop even aftr sevral cals. Thy stop on 19/11/16 4:32 pm, till date thy chrge 1025.65 whch i havn't use i start rec recovery calls frm adv co halai & co who is nt botherd to understd d case & force pay or b rady 2 drag in court legal harasmt

Updated by [email protected] Day before yesterday I had received call from Tikona representative Mr. Pai he had except that I had given request for cancellation of my Tikona Internet Service i.e. on 25/06/2016 10.45am with Ticket ID: 1-[protected] but Tikona executive had failed to do so, hence their system had cancel my connection on Date: 11/19/2016 04:32:09 PM. He was also agreed on my statement that "because of your executive negligence you are forcing me to pay her penalty amount. That mean one person will do crime & other person will be punished for that crime? Is this strategy do Tikona follows."
