[Resolved] Tikona — Broadband connection issues | |||||
I have been using Tikona for 3 months. It works sometimes and rest of the time remains stop. Multiple complains are raised but there is no permanent solution. It is very hard to reach Customer Care executives. Lines are continuously busy and for hours we need to listen to IVT tunes after that it gets disconnected eventually. I have recorded these experiences. Now I want to get it disconnected but not able to connect to customer care representatives. I have sent mails to get it disconnected with immediate effect but no response from TIkona end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
