[Resolved] Tikona — Connection closed/charging bill | |||||
Tikona fraud I have closed tikona broadband connection on 22nd july 2016 and also got a acknowledgement mail from tikona for the same as i have shifted from that house on 20th july 2016. Now i am getting calls and messages from tikona for paying bills for the usage happening till date. I called tikona customer care, they say sir you are using the connection till now, i told them how it is possible? I have shifted from that place also i have closed the connection. They don’t have a answer and say its showing you are using. My user id is [protected]. Its my humble request to all of you. Do not use tikona internet. We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
