[Resolved] Tikona — Generating bills after closing the connection | |||
I subscribed tikona service on 11th June 2016 and did payment on 12th June, check below BAN : [protected] Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 2501 Payment Date : [protected] Payment ID : 1-[protected] Transaction ID* : [protected]TPC[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS which included 3 months charge : 1. 12th June - 12th July 2. 12th July - 12th August 3. 12th August - 12th September Then I got a due date reminder on 20th sept from tikona Payment of your Tikona Broadband bill of Rs. 910.67 is Due on 22nd September 2016. and I paid for 12th sept to 12th oct BAN : [protected] Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 910.67 Payment Date : [protected] Payment ID : 1-[protected] Transaction ID* : [protected]PAYU[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS Till here I did not get any bill generation mail in description. I mailed to tikona for unsubscribe service on 12th Oct and got mail from them on 14th Oct with attached bill showing that it was generated on 7th Oct. My plan ends on 12th of every month, then how did the bill got generated on 7th Oct, secondly if bill got generated on 7th Oct then why did I got notification on 14th Oct, 2 days after I requested to unsubscribe my services.
