[Resolved]  Tikona — got unwanted bill after disconnection and got threatning calls which says a case complaint is in my name

Hi, My Tikona ID is [protected] I have last used tikona on 7th of March and they have also confirmed the disconnection on 30th March via mail. I have saved all the call records of tikona customer care conversation regarding the bill also. I believe I have paid all the bill and no pending due from my side. But still I got a bill on month of April saying payment is due from my side.When checked with customer care they said this is autogenerated bill and ignore this and they will send a final settlement bill.But I have not received any final settlement bill. Today I got a call from number [protected] who says that he is dealing with the complain raised by tikona on Delhi court regarding pending payment pending from my side and I need to either pay the amount or have to come to delhi with all the document.This seems like a threatening from tikona indirectly or you can say harassing.Please help me in resolving this matter.
