Tikona — Harassment calls | |||||
I requested for disconnecting tikona in april 2016. Service man disconnected the same and took all the equipments. The wifi was not good at all in my area. After two months i started receiving harrastment calls from tikona, that the bill for may month was not paid and they are filing case. I have even tried to find the logic with them, and they say if you start using our service again we can reduce 600 out of 1600/- amount which has be paid otherwise. Intially i took it as fake call. But this has increased a lot in last few days. Tikona please stop giving me such harrasment calls. Userid: [protected] This is second time i am registering complain.
