[Resolved] Tikona — I am not getting service and not even refund | |||||
While taking connection i was told to have 4 mbps but most of time i am getting less than 0.8 mbps. I am raising this request from last 15 days but system close request saying we have corrected this issue and issue is not resolved. I am asking for refund from last 5 days but every senior customer care executive is saying "sir give me 30 mins i will rectify this issue. From last 5 days i am following but not getting any response from tikona team neither i am getting proper service nor i am getting refund and customer care executive is not responding properly and not able to resolve the problem. Jun 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company exective has tried a lot and unable to solve the speed issue I was getting .001 MBPS. Finally I gave up. No point in wasting time with this company.
