[Resolved] Tikona — I have been billed twice after disconnection of service | |||||
Team, I was using the tikona internet at my home from last one year. There was several issues with the internet like speed, no connections etc. After the poor service i decided to disconnect the service and called a customer care in month of jun2015 (Again getting a customer care line is one hour challange). Also sent an email for the same, there was no response from tikona, the internet was not working when i applied for disconnection. Still they sent a bill for month of june 2015. Tikona excutive kept calling me for bill payment, even after i was not using the internet i paid a bill on assurance from excutive that there will not be any more bills further. Still in month of august they sent me a bill, i called a customer care and confirmed that the request was made by me in month of june itself and i have not used any internet after that. Still i am getting reminder for the bill payment. Please help me here, i know so many friends who has suffered with this from tikona. They are charging people for unused internet. This should stop. I have already paid one extra bill and i don't want others to do this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
