We have an account in Tikona Digital services. Today Morning at 9:30am we are trying to connect my internet connection but it not connected it shows as server not connected, till now we are facing same problem and also so many calls to your customer care but not solve my issue. Our service using to business purpose, Please arrange the technical engineer to visit my office and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Not satisfied your work. Problem solved, But your team said that within 8 hours will solve the problem, but you have solve the problem taken as 30 hours time. My internet connectivity is business purpose. we want quick solution (means solve the problem within the day), Please respond quickly don't repeat the same.
