[Resolved] Tikona — Internet disconnection not done even after full payment of dues and keep billing up | |||||
I had a tikona broadband connection at indore (chhoti khajrani) and when i moved back to gwalior i applied for disconnection and paid all the dues but tikona (the worst service i have ever faced, i have 2 brilliant airtel connections) keep sending me bills and threatening calls to send me court notice and all. i have paid 1100 and then 1800 (not used a single kb of net because i moved to gwalior and thought my connection got disconnected). now i'm frustrated and helpless and moving to court is only option for me.
