[Resolved] Tikona Internet — Internet service provider | |||
I have taken Tikona 4MBPS plan and paid 3 months advance. Post first 15 days the internet was seldom even 1 Mbps. When complained to customer care the reply was always that the link is down the connection would be back soon. Soon in few days the connection totally started disconnecting not even tikona login page was loading. Now when I call the customer care they don't answer my call. An E-mail for deactivation is followed by numerous calls for support but nothing is done for improving the connection. When I called the customer care and they finally picked up they answered that my speed has been brought down to 512 Kbps due to usage limit but my speed is not even 10 Kbps.
