Tikona — Internet is not working from 12th Aug till date 20th Aug | |||
Hi, My TIKONA user ID [protected]. I have raised complaint on 14th Aug. this is my 3rd complaint within two months. I am daily calling toll free no. Each day I have given false promises that this will be resolved tomorrow. But no one has come to my place to look in the issue. I have wasted at least 30 minutes daily in communicating Tikona CCC. Tikona executive given me service engineer's no. When I called him. He simply said this is not assigned to him & disconnected my call rudely. I am fed up of calling daily to Tikona Customer care.
