Tikona — internet is not working since many days | |||
I made a payment of 4900/- & taken tikona connection almost a week back, company sales executive Ram Kumar from Uttam Nagar office has committed us that the moment we transfer the payment same moment internet will start working, but this has been 7 days its not working & customer care team & sales team are really bokus. Still no changes in condition, no action has been taken, no engineer's visit till date. Connection is not working and i don't think so you guys are taking any action . i would like to request you pls refund my money asap.
