[Resolved]  Tikona — Internet issues

Hi All, I am in same queue. I have lodged a request for connection termination on 26th nov. Today i called them and they still says that your request are in processing & support staff says it will take 30 days for termination. I am going to lodge a formal complain in consumer court in this week. If anyone wants to join me then please provide your response on this topic. I will print this topic post & will attach with my complain papers. It will strengthen our case & tikona will realize.
