Tikona — Internet not working from last 6 days | |||||
UserID - [protected] Initially we tried to reset password for 2 days and we were unable to reset the password, and then we changed the registered mobile number on 25th may from that day to till now we have call more then 30 times to customer care and they still haven't changed the mobile number, still the internet is not working. We get to dummy logins to registered the number but they too are not working. Technical support transfer the call to commercial team they talk for few minutes and then disconnect the call. We are using tikona more than 5 years, if you are not able to provide your services to you initial customers why you are trying for new customers? If You are not able to active internet by today please disconnect and take your device back I dont want to continue you with you any more. Due to this issue I was not able to pay my tikona bill as well. I will make sure I will take this to social media as well, so that other people get right feedback before they start you services.
