Tikona — Internet service | |||
I am using tikona Internet and I have paid them 8000 rs for a yers contract for 2mdps speed. From past 2 weeks my Internet is not working and I have given complaints to customer case and nodal officers but no one has responded. When the internet is workong they give a speed of 512kbps insted of the 2 mbps. I have made several complaints about this to the company but its all fallen of deaf years. I told them to give my money back but they arnt ready to do that also. Was this information helpful? | |||
