Tikona Internet Service — Issue regarding cancellation request and billing!!

Dear team,

My tikona user id is [protected] and i had submitted my disconnection request on 20th march however even after 2 months they were generating bill yet even i am not using their network. After sending multiple mails to '[protected]@tikona.In' and after even repeating the same thing again and again, still i am getting so many calls for restarting tikona service and also getting so many reminders and calls for billing for the service which i have never used and already request was raised for cancellation. Almost 3 months back i had started facing issues while using tikona service and after multiple technician visited, i decided to cancel the connection and i have raised request for cancellation. Even though i have explained the exact reason looks like there is a huge gap in communication and management where the information are not passing properly and due to which i am still getting so many calls and reminders for my billing. Can you please see my case properly and rectify it because i am frustrated now in explaining the same story to your every customer care executives because what i am talking to 1 customer representative looks like it is not getting logged properly and that time the representative is giving me 200% surety to resolve my problem however again and again i should say that almost i have received more than 100 calls and i have explained the same story and same issue to everybody.

Please look my issue on a very serious note.

With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
