[Resolved] Tikona — Irregular amount reflected in bill | |||
I see that I am getting more bill amount than the my bill plan Query1 : It was requested to Tikona to waive off sum of Rupees 200 on the bill because of technical problems and got confirmation that the amount will be waived off. I see it is not done. It is getting carried over to every next bill Query2: Late amount fee shows Rs 100. And we have not delayed the bill payment. Even this should be deducted from the bill which is got in April. The bill shows Previous dues: 1165.45( From this Rs.200 is waived off because of Technical problems in Internet and the bill paid is Rs 915 As per customer care guidance). Then why again same amount is reflecting in the bill as Previous dues? Current Bill amount shows Rs.833 . including late fees. Why this? Was this information helpful? | |||
