Tikona — Net not working and still charges applied | |||||
I have a Tikona network in my home and it's not working properly, I mean the net is very slow. I have complained about it on their customer service but still it's same as before. They are charging us more than we are consuming and also if we are using net it is as slow as snail. Or even snail can do work faster than that. I asked them for renewal of my money and they said they would but still afterwards they made us pay. Was this information helpful? | |||||
