[Resolved] Tikona — No connection + Disgusting customer service | |||
The service may be good intermittently. But the experience is worst and I would highly recommend people NOT to take a Tikona connection. Spineless bunch of people trying to run a company who are absolutely deaf and dumb when it comes to customer grievances and providing a solution. There is no one, absolutely no one in the senior management who you can talk to fix your issues Emailed j.[protected]@tikona.in. I got a read receipt but whoever this person is has no intentions of paying attention to customer grievances My email : After having spoken to the customer care at least 10 times in the last 3 days, I have finally given up and made my mind to write to you about the frustrating services offered by Tikona. I would really appreciate to get a revert from your side 1. From the last 10 days now, I am either facing with poor internet connection or no internet connection at all. Is there a resolution to this? The way things have progressed, I don’t think anyone takes this seriously 2. Reason for poor connectivity? Issue with roof top device. I am sorry but that is not my problem at all. I am paying for the services I am entitled to. It is your roof top device and not mine. If there is poor connectivity why didn’t the engineer inform me about the same? I would not have paid for the connection at the first place. And your tech people need to come up with something else apart from roof top device issue. It is becoming too predictable. Either the towers you’ve put up are malfunctioning or it is just a convenient excuse that has been made up 3. Why after 10 calls isn’t an engineer still being sent to check the problem? Why are you trying to solve it remotely when you know that people are “remotely trying to solve” the issue from last 10 days? Surprising !!! 4. I get multiple “complaint numbers”. What should I do with them? I get messages that the problem is solved when actually it is not. What is the course of action in such cases? 5. Finally, as a disgruntled customer, if I opt to withdraw the connection and services why are your people not taking my request? It is my choice and I can exercise it freely. Your services may be excellent elsewhere, but for me it is totally not working the way I would have wanted to. A steady connection is all people would expect from an ISP, and if that is not there what is the point in sticking to it? I would really like to hear back from your side. Getting no revert, I raised a disconnection request but even for that I've to run after these guys. I posted the above on their forum but it is "admin" moderated Can't get through to your automated technical "hotline" number which always has a 4 minute hold time and then gets disconnected immediately. Try calling a new connection and you don't get this 4 minute hold Worst still, the customer care executive I spoke to hung up the phone on me twice. Once when he had no answers to my queries and second time when he received my call again. Was this information helpful? | |||
