Tikona — No connectivity | |||
I installed the tikona internet connection two months back since than i am not able to get the proper connectivity. Called to customer care more than 50 times whenever technical executive comes it works with limited speed while the connection is of 4mbps. Technical person says need to install new device for proper connectivity and speed but company is not providing that. Today i have received a msg as i have exhausted gbs as per plan, go to top up your plan, don't know who is consuming the data. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap, Was this information helpful? | |||
