Hi please read carefully ...

I am using tikona internet since from last one and half year never seen customer service like tikona full o[censored]nprofessionalism in matter of support. many time i had issue i.e no connectivity best thing is toll free number which never work in time keep on trying trying... if accidently connected then you need tolerate negligence and many time paid bill without any internet connection more then 21 days which i never used.

now i have same issue there have no internet during night called several time and mailed them more then 7 time but there have no response but every day some one calling and saying that we checked your internet is working which i never compaint during daytime ... i mention that i don't have any issue during day but i have issue during night 11pm to 9am which they don't understand simple english just repeating same thing every time whenever i send email.

this is the worst service i seen in my life still the internet is not working.

just waiting for miracle it work automatic because right now don't have much choice

Updated by neelsir If some one really looking consumer compliant please check its still not working almost 30 day till date it has the same issue its not working in night after doing several complaint it has the issue and now they are forcing to bill..

honestly and sorry to say that i never seen service like this. who don't have ethics!!!

Updated by neelsir getting fraud and scam call using [protected] and saying that they are calling for tikona pending bills unprofessional call were my tikona which every thing sorted out but these call some time to threaten

please if you get call from this number care full they are purly scam [protected]
