[Resolved] Tikona — No internet during night | |||
Hi please read carefully ... I am using tikona internet since from last one and half year never seen customer service like tikona full o[censored]nprofessionalism in matter of support. many time i had issue i.e no connectivity best thing is toll free number which never work in time keep on trying trying... if accidently connected then you need tolerate negligence and many time paid bill without any internet connection more then 21 days which i never used. now i have same issue there have no internet during night called several time and mailed them more then 7 time but there have no response but every day some one calling and saying that we checked your internet is working which i never compaint during daytime ... i mention that i don't have any issue during day but i have issue during night 11pm to 9am which they don't understand simple english just repeating same thing every time whenever i send email. this is the worst service i seen in my life still the internet is not working. just waiting for miracle it work automatic because right now don't have much choice Was this information helpful? | |||
