[Resolved] Tikona — No response for service request no.1-[protected] | |||||
I am using tikona brodband service & from last 10 days i am not able to use the service. I have logged a service request as mentioned in subject & it has been told to me that there is problem with the building on which tikona's router is installed to cover the connections in thermax chowk, chnichwad, pune-411019 area. But after that i am calling to get status of my complaint & it goes to auto answering machine. I am really fed up with the service given by tikona. Who is going to pay the loss which is occurred & what are the arrangements made by tikona in this case. Why there is no call from tikona to give us the exact status.
