[Resolved] Tikona — Not cancelling my account | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had subscribed to Tikona's service in nov/2015. The service was poor so I had told them to disconnect it in jan/2016. They still sent someone to collect payment for feb/mar in feb/2016. My father paid the amount - which we should not even have received in the first place - but he was not aware and paid it. I told them again to disconnect the service. They still continue to send us bills even though we are not using their service since jan/2016. I looked online and found many other similar complaints against them in the forums. I really hope to get some relief from you. Also, I should not get any further bills from you guys. Please stop harassing us. Please remove your equipment and deactivate our account permanently. Again telling it to you today. This should have been done in Jan/2016 only. How come you guys are so quick to install & activate but so slow to deactivate.
