[Resolved] Tikona — Not providing the committed services | |||||
I have installed tikona broadband connection at my home on 23/09/12. After that tikona is not providing the services as commitment prior. After contact with customer service my problem was not sorted out. I have applied to terminate my connection before start of next billing cycle but did not received any feedback regarding the same. So kindly take appropriate action against so they will not bluff with any other customers. I want termination of my tikona connection as soon as possible before22/10/16.
