[Resolved] Tikona — Pathetic service (5+ year customer) | |||||
Only reason I've been with the company is because there are no good providers in my area!! I've been complaining for about minimum 4-5 times in a month. their executives don't respond properly nor the issues get resolved! Their internet service is like the 90's cable tv where the antenna was to be set likewise their receiver needs to be set literally every single day. Their service is outsourced, whoever from the technical team has come home for service has said that they don't take complaints seriously and should switch to MTNL (Yes their executives saying this) today (after complaining 3-4 times this month) an executive called up with zero convincing who was more interested to get done with call said OK sir if your not interested than our retention team will call you tomorrow to take this forward!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE TIKONA!! SHAME ON YOU FOR THUGGING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
