Tikona — Pathetic Services | |||
This complaint is about Tikona services. If you are planning to buy tikona please do not go for it as they provide services only till you buy the connection. I have been requesting for disconnection of services but I never get any response from tikona. The helpline number doesn't work as they just say that the custom care executives are busy. Even though I have a 4 Mbps line the speed I get is 10 kbps. I even wrote to them to reduce the speed but there is no response. I don't understand how to disconnect the connection as they keep charging me. I have mailed them 12- 15 times but they never respond. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have taken a new internet connection and have raised a disconnection request from the past 1-2 months and there was no response from Tikona side. I then took a local net connection and from then I have stopped using tikona and today I got a call from Tikona and they say "What is the problem with our net, you have been using it for long time now." I told him that I have not been using the net for the past 15 days and he says he can see that I am using it. Please take action against fake tactics Tikona is using for charging customer. And the tikona care executive says I will receive the full and final statement. I asked him for what are you charging me when i have raised a disconnection request from so long and I have not been using it.
Please do not take a tikona connection. Today I received a call from a laywer who threatens me to pay the outstanding amount for the internet I haven't used. She says do an out of court settlement else we will file a case against you. The above messages have no reply from tikona nor do they respond to the mail. They say that the CEO has sent a notice for Rs 1400 which they are billing me even though I haven't used their services. I am going to the consumer court. The lady who called her number is [protected].

Can i file a FIR against a person representing Tikona causing harassment over phone calls?
I have financial loss due to bad internet services by Tikona. I am an IT professional and i have to let go of my part time job of on-line teaching as Internet service was bad. Every evening i would get 30% to 50% packet drops which led to cancellation of my classes mid way. Coudnt get paid for half of the hours that i put in teaching.
I have raised more than 10 service requests to get this problem fixed but no use. The tickets were simply closed by Tikona. I have log of all the tickets. I have asked Tikona to disconnect but they simply dont listen.
So i stopped using tikona. Disconnected the cable myself and stopped paying bills. This was after 2 months of pathetic service, many phone calls and loss of money for me.
On top of all this now Tikona is shamelessly threatening me over the phone.
Dear Tikona beware of strict actions that TRAI has started taking against Telco company for call drops. May be i should file a case against you and recover my money that i lost due to bad internet connection.

Any knowledgable person in this area please help me out. I need to know if i can atleast file an FIR against this Tikona Lawyer / Representative and stop this threat calls over the phone nonsense.

About network speed and login
When we pay fees but network speed is not increes... why?and when i have login but take a authtication error...What is is problem?
user name and password is incorrect ..?and I chang a new password and login then also it is wrong password...
please increes our ntework speed...
other wise i take a new connection...other company..
