Hi I want to raise a complaint regarding poor services from tikona... From last 2 weeks i m calling their custoner service they say wait for 8 hours and you will get a reply from us and we will try to resolve this case and than nothing happens... So please i m fed up with frustration this is the last point of contact... What kind of customer service you provide... And if this is the way to deal with customer how will you guys survive in the industry... Instead of improving you are degrading your standards.. Ps kindly look into this matter.
