[Resolved] Tikona — Poor internet service provider. Fake promises at the time of purchase. | |||
Never ever go for TIKONA internet. Very poor intenet service provider. Even their Sale person of surat Mr. Zarir is also very bad person. He will promise you to solve your compaint in 2hour at the time of purchase. and when you will call him after installation; he will respond you that call to customer care, i have not taken ur money, dont call me again. Very bad person. Zaris is a name of sales person. Beware of this person. Even Company's Customer care department will not provide you compaint ID. Thye will tell you that out system showing that your connection is proper. So we cant provide you compalint ID. Very poor service. Dont buy. If you want to see their service then call me personally.
