[Resolved]  Tikona — Poor service from tikona

Hi,

This is kapil gupta, i have taken tikona connection but i am not getting any internet service multiple times i have called them not getting any response even i have paid advance payment to tikona

Whenever i called them they have given only excuse sir there is some problem server down, technical problem, engg will visit so many excuse they have but they don't have any solution last 3 months i am surviving

I want to take action against tikona and ready to go in consumer court please help me
