Tikona — Refund | |||||
I opt for tikona on Dec 24, 2015 but due to network issue not able to register on the network and even after Engineer visit problem remain same. For installation I paid Rs. 3000 cash and didn't get any receipt for it. As per Tikona engineer their is network issue and the transmitting point is at far distance. Due to this issue I opt for dis-installation and for refund for all the amount. Tikona Sales person for my region told me that i will get total refund and he remove the device from my premises on Dec29 2015. Now after more than 7 months i am still waiting for my refund.
