Tikona — Refund of money (rs 3028) which is paid twice due to transaction failed message | |||||
Myself akshay mishra, My tikona id is [protected]. I have registered my request to stop my broadband service in feb 2016. I have shifted my room from that address hence stopped using their service from feb 2016. But after one month i received mail to pay bill of amount 1800. Now few days back i got a call from court that you have to pay rs 3028 to tikona for using their service. As informed by court that as per tikona service cannot be terminated by requesting on customer care via phone call. So i submitted rs 3028 online to tikona to avoid any legal action. During online payment every time i received message of transaction failed from tikona website. Hence i tried to pay twice. After 5min i got acknowledgement message and email from tikona that my both transactions are successfully completed and in this way i paid rs 6000 instead of 3028 to tikona. Now, i have registered my complaint on their customer care e. Mail id but with no response. I need my money back else this time i will take legal action against tikona for taking excess amount from customers by cheating. I have downloaded the receipt showing failed transaction by tikona then how did they deducted amount from my account. My online complaint id is 1-[protected]. I tried to call on customer care no many times but every time they say that our executive will contact you within 28 hrs. Tikona is fraud company and govt should take action against it.
