[Resolved]  Tikona — Regarding bill payments and device issue

After getting so many technical issues and network problems I stopped using tikona network from may 2016. Due to shifting i wanted to disconnect my tikona network. So i called in tikona they told me to pay for two months and we will give you waiver for late payment fees. But nothing happened after i made payment instead they started my plan for september and now asking to pay bill. but I have not used network since may. Also i returened my device to their team and their team did not give me any acknowledgemnet. And now they are asking me to make payment of 1500 for not returning modem. I tried to contact the person to whom I returned device (contact number [protected]) but this number is also not reachable.
Please provide me proper solution for this.

As i mentioned earlier i have already submitted device to your team. Please check with your team. Provide me proper solution for bills which you are generatng. Thus complaint is not solved why are you people are marking it as resolved. First provide proper solution to customers.

As per attached screenshot of mail which i recieved from Tikona amount payble is 0. Then why are you again asking me to pay money. I have copy of mail from Tikona. I am attaching screenshot. Please cancel all late payment fees
