[Resolved] Tikona — Regarding bill payments and device issue | |||
After getting so many technical issues and network problems I stopped using tikona network from may 2016. Due to shifting i wanted to disconnect my tikona network. So i called in tikona they told me to pay for two months and we will give you waiver for late payment fees. But nothing happened after i made payment instead they started my plan for september and now asking to pay bill. but I have not used network since may. Also i returened my device to their team and their team did not give me any acknowledgemnet. And now they are asking me to make payment of 1500 for not returning modem. I tried to contact the person to whom I returned device (contact number [protected]) but this number is also not reachable. Please provide me proper solution for this.
