[Resolved]  Tikona — Services not disconnected even after sending confirmation[protected]

Hello,

My Customer ID: [protected]. Initially I have taken the Tikona broadband connection by paying three months subscription. I found the service is pathetic and there is no proper response for the complaints raised and complaint numbers were not used to be provided. Hence I have decided not to continue and raised a request for withdraw the services. I didnt received any response and getting calls repeatedly (stating I am an Advocate and need to pay the outstanding amount immediately)that I have to pay some amount. Why should I pay the amount post the request submitted for withdraw my services. Request you to please do the neeful.

I am still receiving messages about the due amount though I have informed them in advance to deactivate the connection. I dont think it is resolved.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
