[Resolved]  Tikona — Speed as well connectivity problem (Worst internet service)

"Worst " this word made for Tikona Digital Network.I am customer since 15 Oct 15 ...bad day of my life.When i took their internet service.
Took 2 mbps plan and hardly get it, then though plan change may fix it..but TDN made me wrong on this point too.I switch plan from 2 mbps to 4 mbps ...and can you believe that getting same speed as was on 2 mbps plan as well worst connectivity
Multiple calls to customer care in a day approx 1 hour daily to get what exactly happened there.They open the ticket and close it without any prior notification.They having multiple fault in network devices.
Below are the details ..

Problem - Browsing speed
What they did -Roof Device changed,
What they explain -Tower Bandwidth issue.
This ticket closed without any notification.

26 Jan16
Talked with - Mohhamad Muntzir (Senior Flor Supervisor)
Ticket - 1-[protected]
Problem - Internet not working
What they did - Fix the roof device remotely
What they explain - No connectivity from roof device to my wireless device.
This ticket closed without any notification.

27Jan 16 (Internet stopped 27 Jan and called them on 28 Jan16)
Ticket ID-[protected] -
Talked with - Abhishek Singh
Problem - Internet Not working
What they explain - Tower disconnected/AP not reporting
What they are doing --- not sure.

So here you can see i tried to fix my problem to talk with TDN's senior technical person, but they failed to fix it even a week ...tragic.

So evrytime if you face issue CC will tell to something different problem on their end, however your problem is same.
Having recording of all calls.
Any friend can help me to let the process to file case against TDN for economic and mentally harassment.

Awaiting for a positive feedback ..in terms of file case, not in service improvement ...as they cant do that.

Answer as per your points .. 1- Please describe what steps have been taken by the company to resolve your complaint. Provide as much information as possible -------------That's a mystery what they doing to fix the connectivity as well browsing speed.I am still trying to find out that.Everytime they told different issue on network side, but i am facing same challenges.Please read my earlier post for detailed information. 2- If the company emailed you, please provide that email adress, if they called you, please provide the phone number - Unfortunately i did not get any call from TDN.I called their CC no., which is 1800-2090 044 on their site http://www.tikona.in/.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Dear TDN,

I think its too early to marked my problem Resolved.Internet could stop working after sometime as happening since day of connection.To confirm my statement please have check my call which i placed to customer care.

Dear TDN,

Optimization for speed works when you are not getting "Request Timed Out" while you are attempted "PING" or "Tracert" to you desired site.And i believe that you aware about that...so optimization never fix internet speed in current scenario.

My machine configured on start-up to clear cache or any program which kills internet speed.There are lots o[censored]tilities available on internet which works for the same.

Since 22 Jan16 to till date you failed to fix these RTO on your AP.So please fix your network first, then ask customers to do optimization.

Hope this will more clear to you about dependency of internet speed.

Got a call from one more Senior Flor Supervisor named Amrita and she committed about good connectivity as well speed and tikona made this WORST with in 10 hours...No connectivity .

Did you take oath to provide worst service and falls commitments..
