[Resolved] Tikona — Speed of internet connection | |||||
I took an internet connection from this company a few months ago . It was for 80GB internet with 2Mbps speed. When the engineer came to my house and installed the internet he showed me that the connection was working to it's full speed of 2mbps as promised by the company. However after that i started facing problems regarding my internet connection from june onwards. I filed numerous complaints and it took 1 month for them to solve my issue. i changed my internet plan 2 months ago and purchased the one for 30GB @ 4Mbps speed. after that i started facing the same issues again, around 2 weeks ago. i have filed numerous complaints with the company but no action has been taken. Sometimes when i call the helpline number the technical assistants do not talk to me and cut the call. i keep dialing again and again and waste my time in explaining the situation to every different technical assisstant that picks up the phone when i call. but still no solution to my problem has been found. One of the technical assistants told me that there was a fault from the company's end and that my connection was not able to receive proper signals from the signal tower, still no solution has been found. everytime i lodge a complaint with the company they assure me that my issue will be resolved in 8 hours or 24 hours etc etc.but nothing happens. my tikona connection number is [protected]. it would be preferable if the issues could be sorted as soon as possible.
