[Resolved] Tikona — Third class network and customer care | |||||
My user id - [protected], Bangalore I took connection on 24 July and requested for disconnection on 28th July. I had terrible experience in these 4 days. From day 1, i started seeing frequent disconnection issues. I was lost my patience when customer care ppl not responding even after frequent requests. First day i spent around Rs 50 calling customer care as it is not toll free. Finally i could talk to customer care and i was assured the issue will be resolved in 24 hours otherwise i would be refunded my subscription amount. As expected the issue continued for 4 days and hence i requested for disconnection and refund but no one turned up. Next week on 4th August i got a call requesting me to give them a chance to restore the service. When i denied and asked to initiate the refund, i was told subscription amount of 3000 which i paid is not refundable. This is nowhere mentioned and i will go for a legal notice if they do not refund my money. I will let you all bangaloreans know in 2-3 days on the actions being taken by tikona. But let me tell you this is worst broadband connection and no one should approach these mumbai based cheaters. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps. That doesn't solve my problem. Initiate the refund asap. Why is it taking so long? I was left unattended for 5 days and the technical team was not able to resolve the issue within the deadline of 24 hrs given after continuous disconnection issue by the customer care.
