[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening calls from lawyers | |||
I had tikona connection. When we shifted to another place in Pune I requested for a change of address request to tikona. After couple of days the tikona representative came to my new place and confirmed that tikona service was not available in there. Hence asked me to close the connection. So he provided a receipt and collected the device. After 2 months I am still receiving bills from tikona. Height is I have received a call from an unknown number (lawyer he said) stating that a case has been filed against you and you have to pay 3287/- to close it out in 15 min. I had received an email from tikona the same day with outstanding bill amount 1483 which I paid immediately after the call from the lawyer(could be fake). Still the person threatened me that the case is going forward. Trying to reach out to tikona care from last 2 days but in vain. Not receiving any reply from them to my emails.
