[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening for bill to pay || subscriber id [protected] | |||||
Dear Team, I had been using tikona broadband service till Jan-2016. Latter I moved to new location. Due to un-availability of signal of my new location, tikona's technician told me that they could not be able to provide service at my new location. I raised complaint to close the connection. In month of june I got the message from tikona that I have to pay unbilled final amount of rs. 2677 & also have to return the device. They are going to charge extra if I was unable to return the device. At that time they threatened me if I did not pay amount they are going to file case against me & I have to go every time court whenever they call. Due to fear in mind I paid all the amount & asked tikona to re-close the connection. Also I returned the device. Now in the month of September one advocate from delhi called me again and threatening that I have unbilled amount of 596. I have to pay that, if not; I have come with advocate to resolve this matter. Although I have paid last time the full amount I don't know how they have charged me this new amount. And most interesting thing is I have been asking to pay for services which I have not used. Even they have collected their device they are generating bills. It is100% Threatening with out any legal notice or information. I don't know how he derived the amount 596 now even I settled last time. I asked him to provide 7 days that i want to speak with Tikona about my issue but he denied my request and Threaten me to pay the amount on that day itself. Please let Tikona answers my question below Why I should pay 596rs for non services ? Why Tikona;s Advocate Threatening me with out any legal notice and forcing me to pay the amount on that day itself ? How you generated bill for a customer from whom you have collected the device ? I lost my whole day by thinking of this. Got my BP high due to threatening from advocate. Feeling like mentally harassed. It's not the right way to communicate with consumer. I strongly recommend all the ppl not to opt for Tikona services, they took the money any vanished like anything.
