[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona broadband | |||||
I have applied tikona broadband on 18.11.15 and the very same day executive came and installed the broadband but my id was not activated on that day and they have submitted two months advance rental and installation amount i.e, Rs. 2346/- through online from me and told will come on next day but they didnot came and not picking their mobiles. i am still following but my net is not started. i am suffering for the services for which i was told the services are much better but all in vain. my id no. [protected] and address is c-3, 2nd floor, vijay vihar, phase-2, rohini sec-4, delhi-110085 and the executives are CHAMAK LAL PH NO. [protected] & PRAVEEN KUMAR PH NO.
