[Resolved]  Tikona — Tikona broadband/waiver issue

My id for tikona is [protected].last month i had a whole month connectivity problem before 2 months.

month every day i call to customer care[protected] and speaked daily for nearly 20 to 45 mins and they will send a enginner daily and simply they will tell
"There is no issue with your side, and the issue is with us, we will resolve it in 24 hrs"and they will go and nothing will happen.This same cycle continuous for 1
month, every day and i get only 4 to 5 hrs of connectivity daily and they resolve
it after a month then why should i pay that month bill so i have requested for waiver their executives in chennai branch lied to me that we will waiver that month bill Rs 608 and collected me last month bill and gave me promise and sent a ticket no : 1-[protected] and i paid the last month bill Rs 800

No, u are cheating customers u cannot give proper service and asking to pay full month bill, ill clear all my bill when u give me Rs 400 as waiver otherwise i wont a single rupee and now i got a good working connection for more than a month thats good but i need Rs 400 for that bill when u give me waiver only afterwards ill pay full bill.
