[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona harassment | |||
Due to poor connectivity i was unable to use their internet service from past few months i was still paying the bills as the resolution was in progress from their side, but after my problems got worst, and even their engineer suggested me to shut down the account as my CPE was not getting any range because they have shifted their device to another location without giving any information to me due to which i suffered for so many months. And as per my request they have deactivated my account, i have paid all the bills till then, but still they are asking me to pay the bills and harassing me everyday. they didnt process my request for 15 odd days i dont know why, and now they are saying me to pay the bills for that even when i havent used their service even for a minute. i called for the help many times while facing the issue, they didnt respond at that time not even a once, but now they are unnecessarily harassing me. please take a strict action against them. We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps. As full and final is concluded, we request you to make payment of Rs. 484.83/- at the earliest. You are liable to pay Rs 1, 500/- as penalty for breach of the terms of services since you failed to surrender the modem even after sending several intimation from our end.
