Tikona — Tikona is not cancelling my connection and still sending bills and calling me. | |||||
I was fed up with Tikona's service and slow connection..I decided to cancel my connection in Sept 2015..First it was verbally done..They requested me to give them last chance to improve their service ..Then still they couldn't solve it..On 5thOct I send them a mail to disconnect the internet..though their connection was not working since 17th Sept. (My last Usage Date)..Till now they haven't cancelled my connection and keep sending me bills and hundreds of smses and calls. It is very annoying. They keep on raising bills are conning the consumers..It needs to stop..Their telephone support is shameless don't even pay heed to consumer's grievances.
