[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona not closing connection and harassing for payment | |||||
My Tikona user id is [protected]. The service was unavailable from 20th June 2015 and after repeated complains nothing was fixed (request no 1-[protected]). So I requested closing of account as i have already paid the bill amount in advance for month of June on 2/06/15 of Rs.1500 . There was simply no response from customer care and they rarely we were able to talk to representative and they wanted us to send a mail to customer care I am attaching the copy of sent mail which was sent on 06/07/2015. But still there was no response. This seems like a big fraud as they don't let you close the account. I was calling from registered mobile number still they said its not possible to close the account. Now some lawyer is calling with pending dues to be paid. This s just unacceptable and it has caused my mother a huge mental strain. They have a poor technical team, non existent customer care and just want to take your money. I am not expecting my security deposit to be reimbursed as that would be expecting too much from a fraud company. I just want nothing to be do with the company and harassment to end.
