[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona not suspending the services even after raising service request | |||||
This is regarding Tikona user number [protected]. I paid all the previous dues and then I had called the customer care thrice on 5th of May for service termination. A service request was raised: 1-[protected] for my issue. The status of this issue is shown ‘Progressing’. I am not using Tikona and do not need the internet now. Hence, I have asked to disconnect the services. I informed the Customer care executive regarding this but still he did not terminate the services. He instead kept me on Secondary policy wherein I would be charged some 10/20 p per kb whenever I use Tikona. My rental plan shows: Rental_Stopped. I asked him whether we need to return the device but he informed me that it is free of cost and comes under installation. This is one simple request. I do not want your service. I don’t want any Primary or Secondary policy. Kindly terminate my account. Because I know you guys would call me someday 10-20 times a day for unreasonable bill. I want my number to be removed from you database. Stop cheating your customers for fraud bills. Was this information helpful? | |||||

With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
