Tikona — unable to get the connection disconnected [protected]

Hi, I have been using this I'd for more than 2 year... At the time of registration the registered number and email I'd was filled by the agent. I have been trying to get the connection disconnect however they are not removing the connection I have submitted 8 request by now. Was forced to use it as they were not removing it and were generating bill. Now not able to use it since 19 April 2015. Please remove it have already paid 1761 however didn't used it but no issue remove this connection. I would take this further as this is beyond my level of bearing. User id [protected].
