It’s been one week and still there is no update on NOC of my account. CPE was handed over to your executive on the same day when he came and tried to re install the device in new address where there was no signal.
And, All the times i call the customer care number,[protected], it's not connecting to customer care representative. IT is disconnecting by saying 'We have noted down the number and will call back to you'. But no call till date.
