[Resolved] Tikona — Worst Internet Service and helpdesk | |||||
I am using Tikona internet since long time more that 2-3 years. My user Id is [protected]. I have facing many time Internet disconnection issues which was reported to customer care. And no one till now able to resolve this issue permanently. customer care try to manipulate things and close the case every time. We need to call again and again customer care repeat with our problem all the times, like we dont have any other work to do apart from calling to customer care. I also tried mailing to customer care and top escalation authorities but no one ready to reply my mail how frustrating is that. Now the current issue is my bill, they have charged 200 Rs extra in my bill, and I have called customer care 3-4 times for this still the issue is not resolved, today again I tried the call, and I was talking with customer executive he asked me to hold the call and ran away, do not come back after 10 minutes of holding his call. Now you tell me how we can handle such worst customer care service. So here again I have wasted my precious time of 30 minutes to explain him all the scenario and he just ran away from call..
