[Resolved] Tikona — Worst internet service | |||
I am working for an IT company. Due to my illness, I am working from home. For the past three days, I was unable to be connected with my internet . I just called the customer care and they were not connecting to their executives. Instead they are creating a ticket themselves and after several hours they are intimating this message. 'We have an ongoing Network Outage in your colony & our technical teams are still working it. We will update you once resolved. Regret inconvenience.' Due to this, I am in a situation of loosing my job. The worst service ever.Still the internet is not connected for me.I have here with mentioned my Tikona I'd for reference.
